Talking to someone might help

Whether you struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, or just experience stress that sometimes feels too much to handle, speaking to a therapist can help. Sometimes life is hard, sometimes our words don't always come out right, sometimes we feel we cant communicate well with our partners, family members and/or coworkers, sometimes you feel overwhelmed, and sometimes you just don't feel happy. Having a safe, non-judgmental space, to discuss your life stressors, and be provided with support and possible tools to utilize in your own life, to find your balance, its vital to a happy healthy life. As your therapist, I will aim to be that supportive person in your life, I will listen to you, I will guide you, and I will work with you in your treatment to find a healing space to feel like yourself again.

I work with a variety of clients, whom have various different struggles, and the best feedback I can get as your therapist, is that I make you feel heard. My goal will always be to empower you to become the expert in your own life. The goal of therapy is to not need me, but to feel equipped with the right tools to be able to help yourself, be the best version of yourself. We cannot often change others, but we can attempt to change our own thoughts, moods and behaviors and better live a life that matches our true intentions as a person.
